Terms on the Loan : ·The Loan will be secured by a lien on a real property (home/office) . If you own the real property that you will put up as collateral for the loan, the home equity personal loan you will borrow will fall under the scope of the New Mortgage Law and be exempt of the BSMV (Banking Insurance Transaction Tax). Required documents for the loan application:
  • The original and a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, driver’s license or passport
  • Recent water/electricity/natural gas/telephone bill or a certified document showing primary residence address (the utility bills should be in the applicant’s name or in the name of a family member with the last name).
  • Document showing the income status or means of financial support

    • Employed: Payroll information or company certified document showing the net salary amount
    • Self-employed: Income Tax Form
    • Partner in a Company: Corporate Tax Form or a copy of the notification of incorporation published in the Commercial Registry Gazette
    • Declared Living off of Income from Real Property: Original and a copy of the title deed
    • Retired: Pension account certificate
       
  • Title deed of the property on which a lien to be placed
  • Proof of school enrollment
  • Invoice issued by the school
